Eligibility Criteria Policy

Behaviour that causes concern and safer working policy and procedure

Describes Health & Social Care Moray’s updated approach to supporting people with complex needs who display behaviour that causes concern. Focuses on safety, independence, and rights-based support through trained staff and personalised plans.

Medication management policy

Sets out how Health & Social Care Moray assesses and supports people who need help managing or taking medication. Covers roles, responsibilities, consent, and safeguards to ensure safe, appropriate support.
