The Keith & East Locality Project Board

The role of the Project Board is to lead the development of a new healthcare facility in Keith and East Locality, including a redesign of service provision to be delivered through the new facility which meets local needs and local, regional and national directives for improving health and wellbeing.

It is chaired by Pam Dudek, Chief Officer of Health & Social Care Moray, and members include patient, health centre, staff and Third Sector stakeholder representatives.

Meeting every two months, the Board will be responsible for the delivery of key milestones including the completion of the Initial Agreement document by February 2020.

It oversees the activity of the Project Working Group and the Communication and Engagement Group.
