We welcome feedback and would encourage you to tell us about your experience of our services.

You might want to let us know about something that has gone well or about staff who you feel have excelled in their service to you and your family.

Equally, we want to know if you’ve not had a good experience so we can learn from went we got wrong and try to put things right.

Often the quickest and easiest way to resolve an issue or get an answer to any question you have will be to speak to the staff concerned.

Formally raising concerns

If you feel that any concern you have raised informally has not been resolved, you can ask to speak to the service manager or make a formal complaint.
