The Senior Management Team brings together senior executives from the health and social care system in Moray under the leadership of the Chief Officer.
The Chief Officer leads on the implementation of the Strategic Plan and the integration and transformation of health and social care for the people of Moray.
The Senior Management Team is supported by the Operational Management Team in working to deliver on the National Health & Wellbeing Outcomes, and on national and local performance targets.
