We welcome feedback. Knowing what we’re doing well helps us recognise our staff, and hearing when things haven’t gone as expected helps us improve our services.
Often the quickest and easiest way to resolve an issue or get an answer to any question you have will be to speak to the staff involved.
We also recognise that sometimes people or their families may not be fully satisfied with the service they receive. If this happens, you have the right to raise a complaint, have it investigated, and receive a full and timely response.
How to direct your feedback or complaint
If you feel that any concern you have raised informally has not been resolved, you can ask to speak to the service manager or make a formal complaint.
