Welcome to the Integration Joint Board’s (IJB) Strategic Plan for health and social care in Moray over the next 10 years. This is the IJB’s third plan and has been developed in partnership with you, our partners in care, following engagement and consultation.
It reaffirms our strategic vision and priorities, and sets out how we will use our integrated resources to delivery on the strategy and improve our performance against national and local outcomes.
The plan was approved by the Moray Integration Joint Board in November 2022. The delivery plan was approved in October 2023. This sets out the programme of transformational, operational and improvement work underway to enable us to meet our strategic intent.
