Health & Social Care Moray (HSCM) has unveiled a refreshed and improved website designed to be more user-friendly, accessible, and reliable for staff and residents.
The updated website features an accessible design that works seamlessly on both mobile devices and desktops, along with clearer navigation and an improved search function to make information easier to find. The upgrade has also delivered cost savings by moving to a more efficient hosting platform, which provides enhanced security and reliability.
Judith Proctor, HSCM Chief Officer, said: “Our upgraded website brings modern design and improved functionality, making it more reliable and accessible for all users. By developing and managing it in-house, we’ve future-proofed the site while keeping costs down.”
Early signs from the soft launch are positive, with visitor numbers and page views showing an upward trend as people engage more with the improved site.
The original website was launched in 2016 following the establishment of Moray Integration Joint Board (MIJB) and the partnership of HSCM, which brings together Moray Council and NHS Grampian to deliver community health, social work, social care, and justice services for children, families, and adults across Moray.
HSCM will continue to enhance the site – which remains available via www.hscmoray.co.uk – with forthcoming updates including a dedicated area to support communications with staff.
