Keith Health Centre: Patients' aspirations

At Keith Country Show held on 11th and 12th August, individuals identified as patients of Keith Health Centre were invited by the Patient Participation Group to take part in the survey entitled “What do you want?”

The survey was run for a second time with patients who had attended the flu clinic on 5th October.
